The mission of MAC Angels Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for persons, family members and caregivers impacted daily by ALS, by providing the compassion, education and unique resources needed to manage the devastating effects of this disease. When a family receives the diagnosis of ALS, they are faced with an overwhelming array of questions, paperwork, medical advice, financial and logistical challenges, and life-altering changes. Conventional health care does not begin to address the complexity of these needs. This is where MAC Angels Foundation steps in to fill a void in services.

Long Island Tennis Magazine is hosting the 2025 Long Island Pickleball Challenge presented by Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group on Sunday, June 13, 2026 at Sportime Hempstead Lake from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Women only event. Discussion and Pickleball drills/games will include:

• How to beat bangers, How to build confidence
• How to pick the right gear.
• Play in fun drills and friendly competition with chances to win great $$$ prizes.
• Snacks and drinks will be served

The event will be co-hosted with Pickleball Nikki Maldonado and Kayla Teape of Pickled Minds
