Lumi Tutunaru

Lumi, originally from Târgu Jiu, Romania, was ranked in the top-4 in her home country in the G10 through G18 divisions, and was a member of the national team from G12 to G18, achieving a career ITF ranking of #561. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University, and later transferred to University of South Alabama, from where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2023. She was a starter for the women’s tennis squads at VCU and USA for all four years, and received the All-Atlantic 10 First Team award in 2020-21. She has experience coaching players of all levels and ages, including at the Westchester Country Club in NY. Lumi joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023.
